The Youth Talent Empowerment and Inclusion Program creates safe and inclusive spaces where refugee and host community youth can discover, develop, and showcase their talents in arts, sports, music, and innovation. Through mentorship and creative skill-building, the program transforms young people’s potential into confidence, opportunity, and lasting social change.

Economic Empowerment Programs
The Economic Empowerment Program equips women, youth, and marginalized groups with vocational skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, and financial literacy to improve their livelihoods. By promoting self-reliance and income generation, the program helps reduce poverty and dependency while fostering sustainable community development.

Conflict Resolution and Leadership Training
Providing training for community leaders, women, and youth on peaceful conflict resolution, leadership, and non-violent communication.

Peacebuilding Dialogues and Forums
Organizing inter-community peace dialogues and cultural exchange forums to enhance mutual understanding and conflict prevention, we also conduct campaigns to raise awareness about peace, gender equality, and partner with school peace clubs.
